These are the Rowdyruff boys or also known as "The 3 Kings"

Background Story:
We all know the the girls save townsville every day... but who takes it every night? we all know they stop fighting before bedtime.
3 special children besides the PPG, roams at night, The Rowdyruff Boys.
As the boys aged, the begin to lose their ability of flight but are able to fly with little amount. The 3 boys used special Rollerblades that they use for flight. (if you know "Air Gear", its most likely the same thing here)

each blade are used differently.

Brick-
Also known as the "Phoenix King" (because of the flame he carries)
Brick is only able to use flames at his age now. He creates flames through snapping his fingers, fire breath or even from his Rollerblades.
When he joins his flames with his blades, he leaves a road of fire.
Brick also enjoys sweets, everything that has a sugary taste. Remarkably, he does not gain weight...
if he does not put any effort with his blades, it just leaves a thin trail of red streaks of light.

Boomer-
Also known as the "Lightning Emperor" (because of the bolt he carries)
Boomer is able to move 10x faster with his blades like lightning. He is careful not to over use too much bolt so he wear thicker gloves. Boomer usually crosses the electrical posts as electric waves.
Only Brick and Butch are able to see him even in his greatest speed.
Boomer usually dazes off because of the headphones that he wears everyday.
Like Brick, he creates a trail of blue streaks if he does not use his bolts.

Butch-
Last of the 3 Kings, the "Grand Duke".
Butch is has mellowed from his lust of blood and is able to control his emotions/actions.
Butch, out of the Kings, uses his blades for attacking since his blades are like two "hammers" and is able to crack the ground. However, he is usually the slowest among the 3.
Butch is fund of "panda" merchandises, (including the little panda cap he is wearing)
Like the others he leaves a trail of thin green streaks when he is relaxed

All in all, they are the 3 kings.
They haven't chose a side yet, good or evil,
Though, during the night, they keep unnecessary people away from the city.
either protecting their turf or actually protecting the city.
